Since launch it’s been impossible to PSO2 Meseta transfer to another boat, but thankfully that’s coming to a conclusion. When the care period ends on July 8th the feature will be available. However, it is not free. PSO2 is a free-to-play game which means it has a very healthy microtransaction store filled with optional items, the new Ship Transfer feature falls within that category. You’ll need to invest 700 AC to do a transfer, which is not much in real-world cash, just a couple of bucks, and you can honestly earn that through in-game approaches as well if you’d like.
The ship transfer doesn’t move your entire account nor does it move all your items and account information, rather it is only data related to that specific character. Including your Meseta, Weapon Palette preferences, your Pets, weapons, etc.. But it is not a full account transfer. If you are qualified, you can start the transfer process on the Character Selection Screen during a scheduled maintenance by choosing’Program for Ship Transfer through Scheduled Maintenance’ under the’Processes’ section. Transfers are enacted in the sequence they have been received, so if you miss the present period it’ll be carried out next time. Before the maintenance is over it is possible to change your mind and return to cancel if you would like.
You do not just wail on matters, either. You can dodge, parry, use flawlessly timed strikes to do more damage, and use a large host of Photon Arts. Photon Arts are dropped by foes and could be learned by picking them at the menu. You then simply open your subpalette and put them in, and you’ll be able to use them in battle. Leveling up naturally frees you skill points which you may use to place into skill trees which build up your own character. One neat thing which Phantasy Star Online 2 really does is that it also has subclass versions of the main classes, which allows players to construct their personalities in more specific ways while leveling a second class.
After protecting the towers, weapons are deployed and need to be shielded to breach the castle in the other end of the field. When it’s breached, everyone must make their way into the boss — the castle itself. Buster Quests get gradually harder as their level could be built up like Extreme Quests. Obviously, new quests imply new things, however there are also new awards to be got and a new store to go along with them.
There is plenty of fresh material with Episode 5 to help keep players active, and the story is back to being centered around ARKS and fighting with the Dark Falz. Alongside all these exciting new features, new things and Scratch Tickets are also out, and new Urgent Quests will be on the way to freshen things up in PSO2. There are still many details to be revealed as time goes , but a few significant things like combat and the planet are much clearer.
